* Ananti at Gangnam A-Spirit of Journey Club is only available for guests and fitness members, and gift certificates can only be used as payment methods.

Precautions for use

• When purchasing this gift certificate, tax invoices and cash receipts are not issued.
  However, when goods or services are provided with a gift certificate, cash receipt can be issued.
• If you wish to receive a refund after purchasing this gift certificate, you must bring your purchase receipt.
• This gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
  However, if you spend more than 60/100 of the face value (80/100 for 10,000 won gift certificate of lesser value gift certificate), you may receive the balance in cash.
• ANANTI is not responsible for theft, loss or damage of this gift certificate.
• Places that accept this gift certificate may be changed or restricted.
• Mileage points are not awarded for purchasing this gift certificate.
  However, when goods or services are provided with a gift certificate, mileage points are awarded only at the point of transaction.

Article 1 (Purpose)

With regard to the use of gift certificates issued by "Ananti" (hereinafter referred to as "issuer") by the holder (hereinafter referred to as "customer"), these Terms and Conditions prescribe matters to be observed by the customer, the issuer, and the party that has entered into a franchise agreement with the issuer (hereinafter referred to as “franchisee”).

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

Gift certificates subject to these terms and conditions are the following gift certificates issued in paper.
Amount gift certificate: A gift certificate that can be provided with goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “goods, etc.”) corresponding to the amount stated on the face of the gift certificate.
Goods gift certificate: A gift certificate that can be provided with the goods listed on the face of the gift certificate.
Service gift certificate: A gift certificate that can be provided with the services listed on the front of the gift certificate.

Article 3 (Use of Gift Certificates)

When a customer requests that goods etc. be provided within the range of the amount or quantity of the gift certificate, the issuer or franchisee shall immediately provide the goods, etc.
A customer may use a gift certificate at any time, including discount periods, for goods etc. sold at the stores of the issuer or franchisee.
However, the use of gift certificates may be restricted for specific stores (excluding discount stores) or goods etc. that are listed on the gift certificate in advance.
Goods etc. shall be provided for gift certificate transactions in preference to cash transactions.

Article 4 (Use of goods and service gift certificates)

When goods etc. listed on the goods or service gift certificates are unavailable or providing goods etc. is significantly delayed that the normal time required, the issuer or franchisee shall immediately refund the face value the gift certificate (the normal selling price of the gift certificate if there is no indication of amount) in cash at the request of the customer.
The quality of goods, etc. provided in accordance with a goods or service gift certificate shall follow the contents stated on the gift certificate.
However, in the case of goods etc. that are not separately stated and differ in quality, they must be of quality that is more than appropriate in consideration of the amount of the gift certificate (the normal selling price of the gift certificate if there is no indication of amount) and standard practices of transaction.
The issuer or franchisee may not request additional payment from the customer for any reason, such as an increase in the price of raw materials, when providing goods etc. listed in quantity on goods and service gift certificates.

Article 5 (Damage of Gift Certificates)

If requested by a customer, the issuer or franchisee shall reissue a damaged gift certificate.
However, the cost of reissuance shall be borne by the customer within the scope of actual expenses.
When a gift certificate is damaged and cannot be identified as that of the issuer, the issuer or franchisee may reject reissuance and use the gift certificate.
However, when the gift certificate can be identified as that of the issuer but its type, amount, or quantity is unclear, the customer may be reissued with the lowest price gift certificate or use the damaged gift certificate at the lowest price gift certificate within the scope of confirmation.
When the amount or quantity of goods etc. entered on a gift certificate electronically is illegible due to damage of the gift certificate, the customer may bring the gift certificate to the place designated by the issuer for a read and receive a replacement for the confirmed amount or quantity.

Article 6 (Term of Use)

When five years have elapsed from the date of issuance of the gift certificate, the statute of limitations for commercial bonds under the Commercial Act expires, and a customer may not request the issuer to provide goods etc., refund, or return of balance.
However, when the issuer or franchisee voluntarily permits the use of such gift certificates, the statute of limitations does not apply.

Article 7 (Return of Gift Certificate Balance)

Gift certificates are not refundable for cash.
When a customer requests a refund of the gift certificate balance after receiving goods equivalent to 60/100 (80/100 for 10,000 won gift certificate of lesser value gift certificate) of the amount of the gift certificate (the total amount if multiple gift certificates are used at once), the issuer or franchisee shall refund the balance in cash.

Article 8 (Payment Guarantee)

Gift certificates are issued based on the credit of 'Ananti' without a separate payment guarantee and damage compensation insurance contract.

Article 9 (Responsibilities of Issuer)

The issuer is ultimately responsible for the rights of a customer in relation to the use of gift certificates.

Article 10 (Others)

In the event of matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions or a dispute over the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions, decision shall be made between the customer and the issuer or franchisee by agreement. However, if an agreement is not reached, decision shall be made based on the relevant laws and common practice.
