Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate service usage conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters for members utilizing the Internet service provided by Ananti Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Company”).

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Changes to Terms and Conditions)

(1) The terms and conditions shall become effective upon announcement to members online.
(2) The Company may amend the terms and conditions due to changes in circumstances or other significant reasons. The changed terms and conditions shall take effect seven days after notification to all members who were registered before the change.

Article 3 (Handling of Matters Not Covered by the Terms and Conditions)

If matters not specified in these terms and conditions are stipulated in relevant laws and regulations, such provisions shall apply.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

(1) Membership registration is established upon the Company’s approval of the membership application and the applicant’s agreement to the terms and conditions.
(2) The Company does not accept membership applications that fall under any of the following items.

Article 5 (Obligations of the Company)

(1) Barring any special circumstances, the Company allows members to use the service on the requested start date.
(2) The Company is obligated to provide continuous and stable service in accordance with these terms and conditions. (However, this does not apply in cases of natural disasters, emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances.)
(3) The Company shall not disclose or distribute a member’s personal information to other parties without the member’s consent. However, to provide better service, personal information may be shared with business partners. (However, exceptions may be made if there are requests from relevant state agencies pursuant to applicable laws such as telecommunications-related laws.)
(4) If the Company finds that an opinion or complaint raised by a member is justified, it shall take immediate action. (However, if immediate action is not possible, the member shall be notified of the reason and processing schedule via wire or wireless communication.)

Article 6 (Members’ Obligations)

(1) Members shall be responsible for managing their membership number (ID) and password.
(2) If members become aware that their number (ID) has been used illegally, they shall notify the Company.
(3) Members shall always pursue the interests of the Company and other members based on mutual trust and shall not engage in acts such as providing incorrect information.
(4) Members shall not use information obtained through the service by copying, duplicating, modifying, translating, publishing, broadcasting, CI, BI, or other means, or providing it to others, without the prior consent of the Company.
(5) Members shall not misuse another member’s ID.
(6) Members shall not take any action that defames or insults others or infringes on their rights, such as intellectual property rights.
(7) Members shall not engage in hacking or spreading computer viruses.
(8) Members shall not engage in any actions that may interfere with, or are likely to interfere with, the stable operation of the service.
(9) Members shall not engage in any acts for the purpose of criminal activity or in connection with any other criminal activity.
(10) Members shall not use weekday or weekend reservation tickets commercially.
(11) Members shall not engage in any acts that are detrimental to good morals or other social order.
(12) Members shall comply with the provisions of these terms and conditions and related laws.

Article 7 (Change of Member Information)

(1) If there are any changes to the original personal information, the member shall notify the Company of the changes, and the Company shall not be responsible for any disadvantages that may arise from failure to do so.
(2) In principle, changes to personal information pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph (1) shall be made online, and in unavoidable cases, telephone or other methods may be used.

Article 8 (Collection of Penalty)

If a member violates a contract, the Company may collect a specified penalty amount.

Article 9 (Membership Withdrawal and Qualification Restrictions)

(1) When a member wishes to withdraw their membership, they shall directly apply for membership withdrawal online, and the Company will process the withdrawal application accordingly.
(2) The Company may revoke or temporarily suspend membership without prior notice if a member engages in any of the following acts.
1. Providing information for the purpose of harming national or public interest
2. Providing incorrect information
3. Stealing another person’s membership number (ID) or password
4. Damaging the reputation of others or causing disadvantages
5. Impeding the sound use of the service
6. Having no usage history for one year
7. Violating other related laws or terms of use established by the Company

Article 10 (Publication of Advertisements)

In connection with the operation of the service, the Company may place advertisements on service screens, websites, emails, etc., and members who wish to use the Company’s services shall be deemed to have consented to the display of these advertisements.

Article 11 (Lawsuit)

These terms and conditions and the contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a lawsuit concerning a dispute arising from the use of the service, the Korean terms and conditions shall take precedence in interpretation, and the Seoul Central District Court shall be the competent court.

Supplementary Provisions

These terms and conditions shall be effective from April 2016.
